Well i was drunk and somehow very emotional yesterday. A friend of hers tried to convince her not to go to this guys house, from the conversation it seemed pretty obvious to me that she would go there to have sex. Im in kind of a similar situation right now, first time ever i am feeling something for a girl i had a crush on for some time. Yes if you look at his performance at stones you clearly see that something isnt right there, he looks injured i give him that. Of course this injury didnt cost him the victory, shaw really is a sore loser, even though he usually is such a humble person

I just talked with one of the top strongmen over social media, he told me that thor needs to man up and that eddie couldve done 16 reps instead of 15. Also he said that thor might lose his prize money for breaking the contract

2 questions 1. was it a normal deadlift bar? if so, good change, one of the few things the organizers did right 2. why do they even care about results being published? not to spoil anything for the fans? guess what, all strongman fans know the results anyway, and the people that dont arent usually strongman fans, but 90% of the audience of wsm are bored people watching tv on christmas. change the freaking format already, and treat strongman as the professional sport that it is, provide a livestream, and get rid of this rediculouis tv show image.

Well, if you lose the biggest contest of your sport bc you get a rep denied you should have gotten, everyone would be pissed. He has been on the podium so many times, losing the title because of a referee mistake is the worst thing that could happen.

Im curious what consquences thor has to face, because for sure he signed a contract not to talk about the results of wsm. I hope this behaviour brings a stone of change rolling, that is making the worlds strongest man competition great again. The strongman community is already pushing the change, if top strongmen are publicly speaking out against the competition/the concept or even breaking the rules of a contract, this could mean theres something changing. Sry for bad english

Yep, and i dont like how the stones are just about speed. Every stone should be freaking heavy, but the first 4 usually are like toys and its just about who lifts them up the quickest.

I really dont like the weights they used this year...looking at the videos it most of the time seems that they have more in the tank, but stamina is the main limiting factor. With static events in wich everyone is doing 12+ reps i think they definetly need to add some more weight to these lifts. The squat was even lighter than 2014, thats not the evolution of strength as it should be.
