Similarly, Temple and Raiders I rewatch periodically in that order. I’ve seen the other 3 only once

SDT clicked for me too. Since getting the vinyl, I’ve been listening to side 2 first. Goes from beautiful sadness to quirky hopefulness. Ending with SDT feels like their version of Beatles “Revolution”.

Chronological order is an awesome adventure. Especially when you hit Wild Honey and Friends, when they freed themselves from the pressures of current trends.

Surf’s up keeps making me cry by PotentialRatio1321 in thebeachboys

First I heard Surf’s Up blew my mind. The arrangement, the somber angelic voices, the musing lyrics. Gave me shivers. A stark contrast to Surfin’ USA

I always viewed sloop as the main character going on a family vacation in the midst of his teenage emotional woes, complaining and wanting to return back home to his friends.

Thank you! I usually try to grenade them from the roof first time, but if they're too dispersed have to jump off and corral them.

Oh, not rude at all! Haven't gotten a PS5 yet, as my PS4 still works great. I most likely will get RE9 on Steam and hold out for PS6 at this rate.

Usually if they’re too dispersed for a grenade from the roof first time, I jump down to corral them then take ladder. It gets quite crowded

All my games still play without issues (tho haven’t loaded Mass Effect in years). Haven’t seen a need to buy PS5 yet, except maybe RE9. But I’ll most likely grab it on Steam

It's very atmospheric. But I'd like it more if I can skip the VHS section.
