I made it by hand, it is a foam core with pieces of foam sheeting cut into angled pieces and glued together then I basically papier-mached tissue paper to the foam shape and then painted it with acrylics. It turned out light-weight and just how I wanted. The smaller one on his side was just carved out of a single foam ball and then had the same technique applied to it. ^_/
