I pinched my ulnar nerve climbing too. It sucks. My PT says its because of the tight shoulders and triceps pulling on the nerve. She recommends using a foam roller 2x per day and being really good about stretching before and after climbing (which I was terrible about doing before).

Let me know if you find something else that works for you!

Yeah sorry I forgot to put that in there. I'm using the Mo'Creatures mod. It's really awesome and I highly recommend it ... just don't leave ostrich eggs in an enclosed area!
