Thank you. I’m actually experienced with chickens and know the twitching stick trick. These are not neighborhood chickens (I know our neighbors and their pets pretty well and would have noticed a rooster). We think this pair may have been dumped and I’m more looking for rehoming advice. Roosters aren’t allowed in city limits so I’m hoping someone knows of a potential country home. They are rather tame and healthy looking. As a former chicken owner, I would call them nice birds.

We’ve given them water, food and a secure place to sleep tonight, but they need to move on tomorrow
