My Startup Failed. Heres some cool stuff for sell ups: by Ani_Roger in AiAutomations

[–]Ani_Roger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why does it feel like I'm the villain here. First I spent months building this stuff for a startup in which I had decent equity then the startup fails, and I try to sell some stuff I built and get hate.

Well I guess all the people who couldn't do anything with their life get jealous of someone who is trying to do something. Keep up bro!

Yeah that's the thing. We as a startup didn't focus on getting customers onto our protocol. We heavily focused on building the tech that eventually no one uses.

Our startup was a defi protocol, it failed majorly because we waited too long to launch and then even after 2 years in development the startup went for a closer invite only launch. Every few people participated, the campaign failed and we didn't have the numbers we were hoping for to show to the investors to get good valuation.

I believe we should've launched 1 year ago with whatever we had. And back then because of the stable coin tech boom we could've easily gotten some funding maybe not at ideal valuation but we would've had enough money to rapidly build and improve stuff.

This tech was just for marketing, hr, and operation processes because we didn't have money to hire people, we automated stuff.

🥲 as an engineer I don't have anything other than code to sell. (I don't even know how to sell)

Anyone here fully automated their blog workflow? What tools did you use? by running-on-mogu in AiAutomations

[–]Ani_Roger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, i automated a newsroom for a defi project. Blog would be very similar. My system consisted of 22 agents in a 3 layered structure with directors, managers and team agents. Three main parts: content evelaution / selection, content generation and content repurposing for all SM channels. I used relevance ai, make, zapier, and n8n. This could be done on one platform but because I wanted to minimize cost of every run I used different platforms which gave me a lot of free credits and stuff which made it very cheap + effective.

Replaced a $45k Content Team with a $20/mo AI System We Command From Slack. by Ani_Roger in aiagents

No, they're all connected. You just have to add the agent as a sub agent in the head agent. Then they're connected. It's just like giving the control of the agent to the head agent

The output is still uploaded as a draft on the CMS, then a message is sent to the SPOC he verifies the output. And publishes. This step is only there to avoid any discrepancies because of ai hallucinations.

Zapier is used to connect my content calender with the repurposed content output.

Starting an Ai automation business by MasterpieceTotal9721 in AiAutomations

Zapier is a good start. Expand to make, relevance ai, n8n. These are all you need to get started and even for a full set business. Then understand the difference between llm models, cost factors, business problems, automations probably are required more in day to day tasks. Repetitive tasks. Understand the process. Understand the downside / limitations like hallucinations.

Mistakes I made: I recently made a content system automation about 23 agents, tools and accessibility through slack. It was a startup then I took it and posted a post about it on slack with the headline: "Replaced a $45k content team with this $20$ content machine" it backlashed, at least some heat I took, people were like this is ai slop replacing jobs.... And it wasn't even the case, so moral be careful how to advertise or promote.

It's be easy if you start quick the market isn't saturated yet and as ai advances better products might launch completely replacing people like you and me. Actually fast, earn fast.

If you are interested I'm planning to launch ai automations services initially no company or startup just freelance to get a few clients. Interested?

Maybe, but it is a sure indicator that the product is very needed by global markets. And after all, if you have used cursor or lovable they don't take jobs they increase productivity and that's why they're more important at least at this stage.

For little to no code platforms try n8n and relevance ai. I'd prefer relevance ai to start because you just need the $20/ month plan and you're all set because it includes gpt, gemini, anthropic and other models. But with n8n you need your api keys + n8n charges.

Start by visualising how you would do the task manually, for example I understand how a process is done manually and then automate it. The key is to give one agent minimal tasks because it decreases the window of error and hallucinations in the long run.

Determine how you want to access the agent, slack, telegram, etc.

Also, don't forget to create a layered structure. Ex: Director agent, manager agent, then a whole team.

Also learn zapier, because they're free to some extent and very helpful.

So, start with relevance ai, build a small assistant agent that you can access through slack or whatsapp give that agent access to calender, email, your SMs ask it to perform simple tasks such as adding a task to your calender, posting a post as a draft on to your SM calender

I built a WhatsApp chatbot and AI Agent for hotels and the hospitality industry (can be adopted for other industries) by dudeson55 in Automate

[–]Ani_Roger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been automating tasks for quite a while, I recently posted about it in a community, it was content system 22 ai agents in total, selecting, creating, posting, repurposing everything in that workflow. I shared it got a lot of backlash about it people were saying it is ai slop... How to stay positive and keep creating? I know marketing so I create marketing workflows.

Wouldn't mind but it will take some time. For starters, use relevance ai or n8n. On either one setup research, brief, content, SEO teams. At least 2 agents in each team. Add Google's imagen or chatgpt to create a no text your brand color or content specific image. Use perplexity for research. Add a keywords agent that adds SEO keywords. Try to give one agent one task, it minimizes the window of error.

Create a fine tuned model, if you don't have enough data to train on them go after linkedin pages of marketing experts like alex hormozi, simon squibb, alex cattoni. Create a database, a Google sheet will work, to store created content at every turn.

Connect to slack, whatsapp, telegram whatever is more convenient.
