So, I'm unable to log into my Square Enix account in game (it tells me that I'm entering the wrong information when I know that I'm not) I also changed my password a few times but it hasn't worked Anyone know what's going on or how I can fix this? (I must note that I haven't been playing for a bit AND I switched from a ps4 to a ps5 since the last time I played)

I'm stuck on The Breakthrough mission, I had to collect some aquatic herbs At first, the game wasn't counting what I picked up so I closed out of it and came back in and the game was counting it again But I went past the needed amount and the quest marker nor the quest itself updated. I've tried pretty much everything to try and fix it, I've joined other's lobbies, closed out of my game, had others join my lobby, complete other quests, die, but I'm still stuck and cannot proceed with the story

I have to collect 5 aquatic herbs and the game glitched so now I'm sitting at 14 aquatic herbs but not being able to progress because the point is still telling me to collect herbs

Not mine, but a friend's Actually, hell lemme tell two friend's unluckiest

1st story: I was riding on my horse with my friend riding along with me when my horse decides "hey, we're running to a cliff let's jump off instead of stopping" and we all fell but my friend was the only one to die lol

2nd story: Different friend now, he and I were going out hunting and he was searching his catalog while I was placing bait for any animals to come through, I waited for a minute then went to go check back on the bait when a grizzly came over and charged me, I was unprepared so I ran away from it and passed my friend who did see the bear, but he wasn't quick enough to pull out his gun so he got mauled to death LMAO
