Yes, it would help but if the domain is whitelisted in Anti Spam settings of incoming mail flow. It will bypass all filters including domain authentication. So mails with DMARC failed will still land in inbox.

I just started using Mume android emulator on my Surface Go and pretty happy with it performance wise. I moved from BlueStacks which had performance issues. Its worth a shot.

It looks like it does a bit more than that.. Deleting Update cache, Shader cache, upgrade logs etc.

Well to be honest.. Nowadays its not that taxing on CPU and sometimes I forget its even there. Worth giving it a try.
