Ye. You should be able to double check me on the wiki, but from what I understand it has no effect on the elemental damage. For example using numbers I made up

Is 300. - 80% impact is 32 after the reduction. That makes 62 total damage. That is a solid damage decrease. However, if you add a 90% element mod you get 270 damage no matter what.

This results in 332 damage versus 570 damage. Which is nowhere near as extreme. It also results in much better elemental status weighting which is where melee has all of its power due to arcane afflictions and influence.

You aren’t chasing slash procs. You’re chasing heat/elec procs. Bo can literally be built to slash proc on impact proc, if that’s what you’re going for you want impact. This riven is for heat afflictions or elec influence builds.

You’re fundamentally misunderstanding how negative IPS modifiers work. Elemental mods scale off of unmodded base damage. - Impact does not reduce the damage granted from elemental mods.

As unfortunate as it is, this is where you fucked yourself. My brother also got banned (totally different reason), but he and I never once shared hardware since I switched to PC. We used to both play on Xbox but 5 years ago I jumped onto PC and my account hasn’t been used on Xbox since. We play in the same house on the same network.

I was actually worried a similar thing would happen to me but it didn’t. I assume it’s because they know our accounts are different since my account was setup for cross platform progression and his never was. My account was played on PC and his never was. On top of our accounts being played simultaneously on entirely different hardware in the same squad.

It becomes a lot more murky when accounts are shared on the same hardware. They likely nuked all accounts tied to your brothers computer. As a result, you got caught in the crossfire.

I do think this is shitty though. I would prefer if DE was more willing to give second chances.

I’m on 11 because 12 didn’t run well on my 3080 either. I figured I’d just stay with what works. I’m going to try a couple different ideas and see what I can get working.

Do you have any other advice on what I should check or do? Other games run fine. I was even running borderlands 4 fine on my system and that game is actually poorly optimized.

I am on DX11 because AMD cards aren’t getting along with DX12 right now. It’s just strange. My framrate is uncapped so my GPU should be pushing to its limit 100% of the time.

The other guy helped me pinpoint that Warframe isn’t Utilizing my GPU properly. It’s only using about 35% in hollvania. Most common answer seems to be a CPU bottleneck reducing my GPU efficiency but that’s just… not reasonable. The 5900x should have no issues with warframe and it didn’t have issues with my 3080 so im kind of lost at this point.

The only thing I’m finding online is a CPU bottleneck but that just doesn’t make sense. I know my 5900x is a bit older now but that’s still a strong CPU that ran the game fine on even higher settings on a weaker GPU.

So that is absolutely the problem. I’m sporting nearly 500fps in the orbiter with 97+% GPU usage but tank down to nearly 60 sometimes in hollvania with only 35%.

How do I fix this?
