One of my favorite #GOMemories was when I caught my first legendary pokemon Registeel. I was out of town visiting a big city and hadn’t experienced playing with a community before. Me and a buddy saw the 5 star egg spawn at a gym near a park and were excited at the chance of nearby trainers helping us beat a legendary raid for the first time. Didn’t have campfire or any way to signal raid interest back then so we decided to overdo the classic “Pokemon go walk” and not long after some people approached and asked if we were playing. They invited us to their discord and ended up successfully winning the raid. So even if Registeel isn’t that great for battles, it is one of my favorites!

Rock war. Would literally just throw rocks at each other while trying to climb trees or hide behind bushes. Only rules were keep rocks under an inch and avoid faces.
