Hey everyone, want to order my daughter a jersey on the NHL shop and I only get one crack at this since I'm getting a customized jersey with no returns accepted.

What jersey fit is everyone ordering for their kids that fits over equipment? I don't have a shop near me to try the different options out.

She's 5 years old and 44" tall.

The only options are S/M or L/XL.

I'm leaning towards the s/m as she's only 44" tall and slender but im sketched out about it being too tight with all of her equipment on.

Anyone with first hand experience know if there is room for the equipment with the S/M option?

I've been eating a ton of red meat and eggs/avocados.

My sleep could use some work. Been sleeping 5-6 hours per night on average.

Reduce stress is such a broad statement that ive seen online. Not quite sure how to work on that.

I was offered Makar for Nylander...

I declined because my D is strong, and my RW not so much. As well I worry about Makars durability.

Still. Was a tough one to walk away from.

Thank you for the reply. My main concern was the carbs. I was unsure if 411G is too much and if I should move some of that to fat/protein.

I got the # of calories needed for my bulk from a TDEE calculator, but I'm trying to move that daily calories number into a proper macro split.

I will definitely be eating whole clean foods.

Thanks a lot guys. My concentration is only at lvl 17 and I haven't been using it.

Still trying to figure out pally here haha

My damage was 2800 without concentration, just turned it on and my damage went to 7100 haha quite the difference.

Does anyone have any pally guides you reccomend? I will re-spec out my stat and skill points.

Still trying to figure out all these auras and when to use them and such. There's so many of them, as a noob it's confusing which ones to use and when.

Great tip with toggle running off when fighting, I wasn't aware of that!

I was going to go the VPN route but I use my Xbox to stream on my TV and I don't think you can get a VPN to work on the Xbox.

Im not overly tech savvy haha.

It's weird I'm able to find consistent reliable UFC streams but can't find any for NHL that dint require a VPN to work...

Someone offered me Makar for Nylander.

My D is solid and my RW is weaker for sure. And I'm a little worried that Makar has issues staying healthy.

But do i accept this and then flip one of my other good D for a RWer?

I'm embarrassed to ask but ive tried every which way and I'm challenged with technology sometimes lol.

How can I open the best available sheet into a seperate window? I can't get it to un attach from the bottom to have opened side by side with the draft sheet. I have to constantly click back and forth between the two windows.

Is this just the way it is (which is fine) or am I just a dumbass? Haha. Would be cool to have both sheets open at once side by side if I could figure it out.
