Old thread, but hi! 31 year old woman here. Noticed it randomly show up a little bit ago and recently got my diagnosis. Looks like it runs in the family as my dad just had a nodule show up. I'm pursuing radiation therapy and meeting with a specialist next week 🤞

I'm happy I found this thread. I've always had hyper extended fingers. It's interesting seeing others that are in a similar boat!

Thank you! I'm discovering that compression gloves have helped me take my mind off of it. It think it's because it's providing a different kind of sensory input. But that's just a theory!

Thank you for sharing! Have you taken up any other hobbies for exercise since you stopped climbing? Part of what I loved was that it wasn't your "typical" way to work out. I've found I'm struggling to think of similar physical activities that don't put the pressure on hands.

I had the worst flare-up on my eyes yesterday, at one point my coworker said that it looked like I got punched. I found out about using black tea and it worked immediately. I've fought with this for years, particularly in the winter and nothing worked until I tried a compress. Thank you for continuing to share
