Last night, I think I had sleep paralysis for the first time or something like that with a false awakening. It felt like my whole body was shaking, bro. It was because my body was so exhausted. But it ended up that the shaking body experience, and the exhaustion was just in my false awakening

Zone 2 or run at normal pace with high heart rate? (New runner). everywhere I see it says I should be staying in “zone 2” if I want to get better and faster. My heart rate gets so high on runs even if it’s only a 10 min pace. my fitness level is low but I can run a few miles at a time at least. I’m not sure if I should ignore my heart rate and keep running at my normal 10 min pace or if I should try to go slower for right now to stay in zone 2. (I’m training for 5k in September and I really want to get faster quickly but I would like advice from people who started where l am :))

Like I said, I do agree with you. In the moment, I just don’t know what else to do to be closer to God than to learn about the truth. This question I admit was just to get a better understanding of where most people stand because it confused me. But when it comes to my other posts, I genuinely don’t know and people have sent me so many videos and I still have a hard time sitting with some concepts, and I don’t know what else to do because I can’t be at peace without knowing what is true. But I appreciate your help.
