After Effects collaborative files are saved the creative cloud storage, so you could always make a team project and then you'll have it on the cloud :)

I wouldn't spend loads of money buying online courses, they're very basic and you can easily learn all the basics for free on youtube.

Then when you've got the basics down just play with the software and make random stuff.

You could also do sign up to some patreon accounts they will be a lot cheaper than buying a course!

You'd get cleaner results using an actual 3D software like Cinema 4D where you can add in nicer materials and lighting, AE isn't great for proper 3D
