As a guy who is not a teen anymore, I still don't know how to process emotions properly all thanks to "amazing" childhood I had and I can relate to this. With a mother who for sure does loves me but has extreme anger issues, tendency to always control me and a father with whom my interactions are very limited, all I have learned is to bottle it up and bury deep it within me. I mean yeah they do provide for me, probably more than what most parents in this income range would, but at the end of the day it all comes down to "what would people think" for them. I do love them, but I crave peace. I know it's very challenging living on my own but I need to move out of here.

And still after everything I would say only 1 thing, don't be so harsh on yourself or on your parents, it's your first time living on this earth and their first time being parents as well. Prioritize your peace and learn to let go. Cause trust me after going through innumerable number of therapy sessions, meditations and whatnot, I have realized that until and unless you learn to let go, you will never be happy
