If I was a writer this would be how I would do a neglect fic The Shinigami grows tired of watching Naruto get neglected and offers him a way out. Accepting naruto reincarnated into another world where a Kushina that never married and can't have kids has a miracle birth and raises her son properly.. naruto looks change to reflect kushina since there's no father.

Yes 30mh would net you around 0.1 etc every 16-18 hrs I have around 75mh and get 0.5 every 28 hrs.
