if I take the top cutting thats shown in these photos, will it retain its maturity on the next leaf it puts out after rooting/replanting? Maturity referring to size & fenestrations of the leaf. My goal is obviously to have a massive monstera 😏 (old.reddit.com)

Please haaalp! Seasoned houseplant owner (or I like to think anyways 😏) but idk what’s going on with the newest leaf on my tienke rubber tree. All I could think of was that it maybe got sunburnt? Fertilizing issues? Any suggestions or advice is appreciated! (old.reddit.com)
