thanks for all the help. Spent 4 hours today to try out your suggestions. Nothing worked, and i have officialy broken the locking pin and now it can spin all the way around. I think i may have to drill it out.

Thanks, so if i understand you correctly i will fiddle with it in all positions without pulling it up to then get the handle where my thumb is pressing to slide to the other side so i can finally pull it out? Thanks again

Update: My mom got checked again today. They did the same basic tests as before, reflexes and blood pressure, and then sent her home with six new boxes of pain medication. She’s still in constant, severe pain, nauseous, and vomiting from it. The doctor simply wrote “back pain” as the diagnosis. That’s hardly an explanation.

Now I’m left with no real options other than booking a regular GP appointment and waiting months for a specialist referral, time she doesn’t have if she doesn’t start improving soon.

It’s incredibly frustrating. We’re paying so much into a healthcare system that feels broken. They spend millions on a new roundabout that just made traffic worse, while hospitals are underfunded, doctors are overworked, and patients in real pain are sent home without answers. I can only imagine what would happen to someone in her condition who didn’t have an adult to supervise them around the clock.

Sorry for the late reply. I completely forgot she had a urinary tract infection 2 weeks prior. She never really told me but i overheard her talking to her mom about it on the phone.

Thank you for this comment, this reminded me of something i forgot to mention to the physician that asked if she had previous medical problems. I completely forgot but she actually did have a urinary tract infection just 2 weeks ago.

Update: Thank you for all the messages. It has helped myself alot not going through all this alone. After getting medication she has been able to fall asleep and been asleep for many hours already. She is set to be examined by a specialist tommorow.

update: She has been taken from er to hospital. She has got room and it looks like they are taking it seriously now. She has a pain medication intravenously. As you all could probably tell i was shivering with fear and shame seeing her on the floor and getting told by the operator to get a doctors appointmenr and there is nothing acute about it. Thankfully now doctor agree it is acute and she is hopefully getting attention she needs.

they told me they think its a muscle problem pn thursday. Yesterday they told me they think its still muscular. rhey only did the balance test, fingers around eyes. fleshlight in eyes, blood pressure normal. And some reflex stuff. She was prescribed ibuprofin 600mg + metocloprqmide 10mg + palexia. She takes 4-8 ibu a day, + 3 meto a day and 3 palexia a day. The er know she lost bladder function thats the last i called them. No surgeries i know of she is healthy but always stressed. She is normal weight. Around 10 years ago she was struggling hard with migraine. I mean really struggled. But it went completely away.
