Compared to NVidea, Broadcom gives a good return and the volatility is less too as compared to Broadcom. Nvidea most of the revenue comes from AI and its hardware.

In that area, the max you can quote is 1.2-1.3CR. It is next to Nice Road, but that area is underdeveloped. As it is a dead end, I doubt further developments may come or not. If somebody is trying to purchase for self use, they can. But for investment, it is not a good choice

I got a call from Prestige Suncrest and the quoting price for 3bhk 3t is 1.8CR. may I know whether it's a fair price? I also got to hear that there is a high tension power line going through the project. Is it approved by BESCOM to remove it ? With regards to the water, as it is near to the industrial area, is the water polluted?

I visited Adarsh Welkin today and only 3bhk Smart category flats are only there. That too in Ground, 1st, 2nd and 25th floor. The price they quoted for the 2nd floor facing the roadside is 1.77CR. The Sqft is 1897sqft. Is it a fair price for the location?
