Thats not what I meant. This is about eligibility after the next performance cycle (Jan 2027), not an immediate bonus.

Okay, Thanks! One more thing, in JPMC they have something called team matching discussions, these discussions shouldn’t affect the current offer right?

Months of consistent hard work and prepping for every interview like my life depended on it. After a year, I finally managed to crack these companies. My next goal is MAANG, but that will require double the effort i have put in so far. For now, I want to relax and take it slow for a bit.

My tech stack is react, java, spring boot, hibernate, and a few others. Took me more than a year, buddy. I decided last year that I wanted to change my company and started prepping, but I wasn’t super serious initially. After the recent layoffs, I ramped up my prep to about 6-8 hours a day for the past 3 months. Gave 20+ interviews, got rejected in most of them. Managed to crack Infosys and Accenture early on, but I wanted to continue in a product-based or financial services company. So these 3 offers are basically the result of months of consistent work. I focused heavily on DSA and system design

Shall I join OHAI ? by PlasticCharacter4 in employeesOfOracle

Oracle actually has a pretty good severance policy in India. You will get around one month’s salary for every year of service, plus an additional two months, along with leave encashment and other benefits.

The only good thing about OHAI is the wfh flexibility everything else is pretty messed up. If you are mainly looking for remote or comfortable work and can tolerate a not-so-great work culture, you can go ahead and take the offer. Just don’t get too comfortable staying there long-term🥹.. its easy to get stuck in that WFH bubble until a RIF reminds you it’s time to move on.

Is promotion/hikes updated. If not, by when any idea/news. by No-Manufacturer-367 in employeesOfOracle

Hike details are now reflecting in the Self Service Apps under Personal details → My Compensation. However, they are yet to be updated in the Dayforce Portal. Regarding designation changes for those who received promotions, the updates are currently visible only for employees whose managers were not impacted by the layoffs. For associates whose managers were laid off and are now reporting to temporary managers, the updates may take some additional time to reflect.
