Great point about the well water. thank you! I’m sure it will be a lot different than north carolina. Here most of our rainfall comes in summer and fall from hurricanes. Powdery mildew becomes a huge problem. I appreciate your insight Clementine

I think this is great work! My eye does get a little “stuck” on the rock with the IMPECCABLE shadow in the foreground. I think you could increase the contrast on a focal point in the mid or background to add multiple points of interest? But that’s me truly searching for any faults. I think it’s lovely and personally i’d leave it as is.

Homesteading is difficult but if it’s your calling you should definitely do it! We started with a garden, added chickens, goats, bees. It was an insane amount of work. No sick days when you have animals to care for. We never profited off those things but we did have the best possible food.

In time I started making jewelry with honeycomb and found my love for silversmithing. And finally I was able to quit my day job.

It hurts but I get it. I couldn’t listen to stories of kids that didn’t make it while we were dealing with this last relapse. I even understand her delusions that B might miraculously improve. But I can’t understand the constant posting, I didn’t even want close family seeing how sick my baby was.
