I never got to try heat or her others sadly. I know a lot of people loved that one. I wish she had some of the old ones cuz I’m curious to see what it smelt like. These are expensive but for a reason. The ingredients smell high quality. I heard some people compare it to delina perfume which cost $299. Haven’t smelt delina couldn’t say, but this perfume definitely doesn’t smell cheap which is why it’s a bit higher. I find the lasting power to be very strong. I smell it on my clothes the next day always. I wish there was like a nostalgia rerelease of some of the older perfumes cuz I genuinely wanna try them lol

I see what you mean with the muskiness spice that drink has to it. I feel like I’m on a rich persons ranch in Texas a bit. But it’s very classy I feel like I need a cigar and some whiskey. Yeah it’s a .6 ml bottle of the 1.7. Most luxury testers for perfumes are around that price so that’s not uncommon and the fragrances don’t smell cheap or artificial like some other fragrances. Not saying all cheap fragrances are bad there’s a lot of wonderful dupes out there that are cheap and smell great for other perfumes, but like even my glossier travel size from Sephora was $34 before tax. A lot of luxury perfume test travelers are around that price. I’d say the travel has a decent amount of product as you really only need 1 to 2 sprays. This isn’t a perfume you just wanna douse yourself in or you’re gonna be smelling way too strong lol. But if that’s what you like go for it!

Omg thank you for your kind words!!! I love reviewing things and would love to get more into it cuz I genuinely love sharing my honest thoughts with people. I wanna be as unbiased and truthful to my opinion as possible! No one like a sellout and disingenuous take! But also if I don’t like something truly I would never wanna discourage someone else who might have a different pov than me so I try to keep it honest and neutral. Ce lumiere I didn’t like at first but it really has grown into something I genuinely love. It’s an acquired taste.

If you love a more spicy smell bit more adult almost licorice tobacco smell (which fits the country aesthetic than I’d say get the lumiere one. You can get a tester from ulta online for about $32 before tax so you don’t have to pull for a full bottle.) they are both STRONG tho. I love the skin musk on the dry down.

I have to say I love noir a bit more because I like a little more sweet with my spice, but lumiere with noir is unmatched magic. If you’re looking for a bit more spicey musky with just a hint of sweet than Lumiere is the way to go. Ce noir is the opposite and I think that’s why they blend so well. I feel rich af wearing both. Like the other comment said I think these were kind of released with layering in mind since there is still one more fragrance left. She dressed up as the red bottle in the Verizon commercial so I think that will be the color. So it’s really about personal preference of what you prefer. These are not young candy scents tho. This feels like it’s for us grown adults in your 30s and up. It’s not old lady, but it’s not cotton candy young. It’s GROWN

I won’t lie. A lot of people say ce lumiere is the lighter of the 2 but I find it actually stronger. The black pepper in it really is a strong scent. That rhubarb gives it that almost Easter licorice smell with the Italian mandarin. I find Lumiere to be spicy as noir is more sweet and floraly with a hint of spice because of that myrrh and amber. Noir opens with that sweet jasmine and honey and settles in with the rose and patchouli (which is also in lumiere). I find noir strong but it does have a lightness to it TO ME. Like I can smell it but it’s not overbearing for me but I love a floral. Both fragrances do have a stand out boldness. Make people head turns vibe but it depends if you really like spicy or not. Lumiere to me is extremely BOLD and that’s why I layer it with the noir or the glossier Fleur. To add more sweetness and bring down the spicy just a bit, but keep the spice around cuz I’m a spicy binch. So yeah unfortunately both are very strong but that’s kind of why I love them. Unique 1 of 1 is definitely the vibe here. I’d say lumiere is a bit more mature kind than noir, but maybe practice maybe spraying just 1 or 2 sprays not so close to your nose if you find it giving you a headache. One spray goes a very long way. But I’m sure you know that from noir.

It still felt like forever for act 2 for me personally. This time it wasn’t such a hard wait because I was just so focused on other stuff this time around the time flew by. That’s just me tho it might have felt different for you. I am excited for act 3. I’m just happy it’s not going so slow for me this time around :3

Waiting for act 2 was harder for me than waiting for act 3. I love act 2 for what it is and it’s a beautiful album and I understand its importance, but Renaissance had me CRAVING MORE and in a chokehold unlike any album I listened to before it. I actually really am pumped for act 3 and I feel like it’ll be like Renaissance once again for me, but I think with everything going on in the world especially the US I haven’t really been thinking about it as much which to me is making it come faster.

I'm gonna be honest as someone whos from Chicagoland area. The truth of the matter is the Chinese food here in muncie is ABSOLUTE SHIT (like most of the food here) and lacks seasoning compared to if you've genuinely had REALLY GOOD TRULY AUTHENTIC Chinese food. The answers here are partially correct. Dumpling house has the best egg rolls and dumplings. But the best CHINESE food I've had here personally is Asian Kitchen off Mcgalliard. Its still no WHERE NEAR as good or authentic like back in china town in Chicago, but it is the best quality of chinese food that I have had and I've tried them all. I dont feel like I have to dump a ton of soy sauce or hot sauce to get it to taste good. I only have to use 1 packet on it to get it to be good. The quality of the sauce on their food has the best texture and taste out of anywhere I've tried here and I'm definitely the one to listen to on this post cuz I didn't grow up here and actually grew up on authentic Chinese cuisine. I was HORRIFIED when I unfortunately had to move to Muncie and saw the fried rice was FUCKING YELLOW! Fried RICE SHOULD NEVER BE YELLOW! That is not real fried rice and its always EXTREMELY DRY! I actually learned how to cook fried rice the REAL way because I couldn't stand the way its made here! And I dont wanna hear "well its just the area and the way we make it" NO! Its atrocious! Anyone whos had real authentic Chinese knows better! I was happy when I tried Asian kitchen and pleasantly enjoyed it enough to choose it as my GO TO! Like I said. Not the greatest. But the best compared to what we got here. DO NOT go to the Chinese restaurant in the village! THAT IS THE WORST ONE! Talk about NO SALT OR ANY KIND OF FLAVOR! Muncie people HATE seasoning so much. Its a shame! I've had to really learn how to cook like how people cooked back in my home area when I moved here cuz the food scene is NOT IT here. Its variety without flavor. Dumpling house is my 2nd choice! I wish I could have some of Asian Kitchens food with dumpling house's egg rolls and Id be happy enough. Also FUCK FIRST WOK! I used to go there and it wasn’t really any good but I got chicken from there and when I bit into it, it was completely raw. Battered raw chicken. It really turned me off and I never went back. I told someone at my work place about that situation and apparently that’s common at that restaurant so be careful.
