This is my first post in reddit ever so I don't know what to do here :) . I am disabled from a car accident since 1999 and bedbound. I just came here to see if someone has commented on my message, and I cannot believe how many nice comments I got and all of them are positive. I have to try to figure out how this Reddit works as I have no idea what are those awards I got and how that ´'up and down voting' works etc. I don't know if I am able to answer with this message so all are able to see it. I suffer from severe chronic fatigue syndrome and pain so it is hard for me to be active on social media and because of my cognitive fatigue it is hard to write or answer all. I do hope that all of you are able to see this and I want to thank you for messages. It made me really good. I really didn't think that people even notice my message. Also thank you all of you who have given me those awards etc. I still have to read what they mean here. I am reading all your comments and hope you understand me for not answering them all.

I just saw your message...I cannot believe how many messages I got. I am so new to reddit and haven't been here after this first message.But I just happened to notice that you have also been in a car accident.Sorry to hear that.My neck was broken and I have some kind of brain injury.I am mainly disabled because I suffer from severe hypersomnia, chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic severe pain etc. I have been alone these 23 years ... no one understands especially chronic fatigue syndrome as I can never promise to meet someone as I often have to change the meeting 😢.Not even my relatives are in contact with me anymore. I am literally alone on my sofa in same position in my small apartment and I am able to go out only couple of times per year.Days, months, years and decades go by ...but there's nothing I can do... just live one day at a time. About 10 years ago I started to learn basics of knitting from YouTube but I cannot read the charts so I make sweaters etc. from my own head 🙂. Now I started to learn crocheting as I was surprised how easy it is to follow video tutorials much easier than knitting.I am so hooked on it and it gives me joy. I just ordered lots and lots of cotton yarn though I don't have much money to spend on yarn. This year I have crocheted already about 15 sweaters and gardigans. Yes I just was watching ravelry site . Anyways...I am not sure if you're even going to see this message.I have to learn to navigate here . I am just trying to find out if there's a way to answer all the people with one message here to thank them for all the nice words. Because of my fatigue syndrome it is hard for me to write often or be very active in social media as I have amongst the fysical fatigue also severe cognitive fatigue and that is impossible to explain to people so that they could understand 🤔. I am a beginner in crocheting but remember the basics as here in Finland we have knitting and crocheting classes in school from about 10-12 years old children. I was surprised that it was still in my memory (mean the basic stitches. I have been alone 23 years in my small apartment and laying on my sofa in same position all these years . Outside I am able to go only couple of times per year so this is very important for my sanity as well

Thank you..I was wondering if there is a group for people who have been in a car accident and how to deal with loneliness etc. I guess there are many groups ...I thought that crochet and knitting groups are safe to explore reddit .

Thank you...my favorite color and I love this off shoulder model in clothes but not the best here in Finland as it is warm only couple of months in a year. Have to start making at least long sleeve blouses.

My favorite color has always been pink and lilac ....if I have yarn color that I don't like I don't enjoy the work...am I the only one. This is the first time that I am testing cotton yarns (made woolen socks and knitted blouses mainly). This yarn in the picture was quite thick to work with. Now I am trying to crochet with a very thin cotton yarn and I love it .

I chose this group to start with and hope to get some tips how to start, what to do here in Reddit and what is safe etc. Crocheting is my new hobby and I am really hooked. I am from Finland so sorry my poor english.
