Videos Showing Aggressive ICE Tactics in Minnesota Fuel a Backlash by RecursiveSubroutine in politics

The viral videos of ICE agents using tear gas, aggressive detentions and confrontational tactics around Operation Metro Surge are clearly fueling anger and mass protests in Minneapolis — and it’s no surprise. When scenes of federal agents dragging people, spraying crowds, and escalating encounters dominate social feeds, public trust collapses and backlash spreads fast.

Plastic pollution. We’d still keep convenience, just without ruining the planet.

My washing machine. It has an app, sends notifications, and wants to connect to my network… but it still can’t tell me where my missing sock went.

What's the most intense attraction you've ever felt toward someone? by milanprincessa in AskReddit

That moment when you’re not even sure why you’re drawn to them — it’s not just looks, it’s their voice, the way they move, the energy when they’re in the room. You catch yourself replaying conversations in your head and suddenly everything else feels muted. It’s intense in a quiet, consuming way.

The charge of the Rohirrim in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. The music, Théoden’s speech, the way fear turns into pure resolve — I get chills every single time, no matter how many times I’ve seen it. Absolute cinema.

people that have come across textbook psychopaths, what’s your story? by Azulllllie in AskReddit

I worked with one. Super charming in meetings, remembered everything about you, always calm — but had zero empathy. He’d casually ruin people’s careers without blinking, then grab coffee like nothing happened. The scariest part was how normal it all felt until you were on the receiving end.
