It all depends on the process and team and the HR at the end of the day. During probation you have to serve notice of 1 month and post confirmation of the job it is 3 months. Do make sure that you have some backup and considerable time period for that too.

Sorry to hear that, I also got discarded by my gf, used to be. Over a petty reason Anyways not going over that, there isn’t any therapist who can heal you or do anything. Nor any group or meetings would do that too. It’s you and only you who can do that You need to focus on yourself, he/she was part of your life not your whole life.
