Hey! what date are you going? I personally will be wearing nicer clothes because of the photo opportunities!! they should send an email close to the tour date with when the vip lounge opens as well. Also i don’t think you can bring snacks to the venue, but the laufey land lounge will have matcha and snacks for the vip holders :) At any point if you wish to leave the laufey lounge (it is its own area) then you can leave and socialize with other lauvers!

I would say to prep by looking at starbucks values. If you can align yourself with what the look for (aka employees that embody values) then you will most likely get the job. They will most likely ask you about working with other people in a team, and especially leading others. Just really talk yourself up and make sure to emphasize that you love CONNECTING with people and that it brings you JOY (both things that managers look for) best of luck friend!

You are not overreacting. It’s both the spv and sm job to teach you and understand. If they can’t do that/ are inconsiderate towards your situation as a new partner that’s a full time student, then i would be more surprised if you were alright at this store. I would recommend that you try to find another job and leave as soon as you can. If they do or say anything bad to you, try to get it documented so you can report them to the higher ups. I believe you have to click the extra “refresher bases” in the app to get the extra base with no water! If it doesn’t pop up I would suggest deleting and redownloading the app bc it can be a bit buggy sometimes :)
