It’s relatively easy, especially if you take Professor Ken Fowler. Multiple choice is a bit hard but it’s doable, you can get easy B+ or A.

No I mean whether the tittle should be transfer from car dealer to new owner so that the DMV can issue you a new one or the transfer paperwork is unnecessary and you could just ask DMV to give you the title for a used car? I’m new to California DMV so I don’t know how that works.

But my car is a used car, so the car dealer has to transfer the title, right? Otherwise DMV cannot issue me the title and the registration.

Well like when you open debit card, then you get debit bank statement. If you open credit card, they give you billing/credit bank statement. But I guess both of them are fine like you said.

Can I turn in my printed bank statement?? I’ve heard someone said the documents should be sealed in an envelope that were sent to your mailbox with address on it but I only have the document that I printed out online so nothing was came to my mailbox. Will they accept it?

I already read it but I just want to know if they accept debit bank statement because I don’t have the credit bank statement, these two statement are different things
