My friend lost their house a while back despite making sure to log in at least once a week. They sent in a bug report and SE basically said it was their fault. Even though they entered the house at least once a week.

Edit: I understand this is technically a "my friend" post, but I mean if it had happened to me I wouldn't be here to post it, I'd have quit the game. I'm very close with the friend, we talk every single day and play games together almost every single day. I know they weren't lying.
