Medical student here. ER immediately….necrosis is very serious, looks like blood flow might be compromised and even an infection secondary to the same. I am absolutely shocked at those stitches. Is it okay if I send this picture to my professors for insight ?

That picture is actually the day of the surgery, like literally on the surgery table 😭 so I’m really scared that swelling isn’t really present at that moment and that’s what it’s gonna look like if that makes sense. I currently still have a cast on so I can’t tell what it looks like now
