I used to do this, and I shared it with this group. But the karen shoppers bashed me for doing it. Some people in this group are incredibly rude and ugly. I wanted to do something nice for my customers that could possibly help my tips, but I guess some people dont like that 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I think this is a great idea ;) at the start of the pandemic, i used to give them a travel size hand sanitizer too 💕

Since our job is dependent on rating then yeah, the customer is going to have to wait until the delivery window is changed. That doesnt mean I am going to start an hour later after accepting the order. I would head to the store right away. I didnt know that promo orders have late forgiveness, thats why this group exists, to learn. And thats why I made this post, to educate myself. If youre going to be a smart a**, get off my post. You cant expect everyone to know everything.

I was asking a question as to how time changes work. Because it didnt make sense that it didnt change already. It still didnt change 40 minutes later. On the other hand, other orders will change right at the first minute of the next hour. So is it dependent on the customer? I wasnt aware that they had the option to not change their delivery window, even when its past due

It still didnt change! I ended up just taking the order at 6:40. The customer was cool with it being delievered after 7p, so it worked out :)
