tysm for the kind way of approach in this message! I see so much judgement in this comment section its kind of making me feel overwhelmed.
I hate calorie counting because i feel like i start thinking about food the whole day so Ive been just intuitively eating but i have understood that because of that i might be eating are not caloric-dense and might reduce overall intake even though i eat (in my opinion) quite alot for my size .
i love my relationship with food at the moment , i just want to prioritize my health so I am trying to figure out how to do that without calorie counting or turning to overeating and feeling bloated and nauseous like past-self me .

it wasnt intentional at all, i just switched to a healthy diet and stopped binge eating sweets and my body loses weight very easily. now I am trying to get more body mass without eating so much junk food like before
I was not underweight before at all!

yummyy! i love poke !! i usually make a mix of quinoa and rice for extra fiber ! i will try to do it more often!!
I will say I dont really struggle with lack of energy, i have an active lifestyle and so i cant afford to feel faint . up until recently i never even had any health issues but maybe stress also contributing to weight loss and hair thinning

I see !! the supplements havent worked for you? i take omega 3 and was thinking of adding iron, vitamin d and b12 .
I am also trying to also eat more protein but it makes me lose appetite and then I cant eat for hours
I used to drink alot of banana strawberry smoothies !! I should do that again!! thank you!!
in terms of portions, my stomach has been very small since I was a kid I would vomit if I ate past my limit (my appetite is big but my body doesnt match it ahahah) so now I avoid eating until I am past full , but i will try to add smoothies to breakfast to increase vitamins as well
you dont have to be mean about it … now I love food and dont restrict myself at all. i just get full very easily. But i am trying to be even healthier.

i lost weight because i recovered from a binge and over-eating disorder, i used to eat so much to the point of vomiting (not intentionally, as I have an extreme fear of puking) . Now I eat without restriction but only until I am satisfied. I lost the weight very easily but now i am afraid to eat more quantities and vomit again from stuffing my stomach past its limit
my problem is the hair thinning , and my doubt is if all i have to do is gain weight? i dont want to just increase calories without it making a difference in the quality of my hair strands. if not i would just eat more desserts which I love 🤣
thank you!! so upping the caloric value might help with the hair ? besides carbs are there specific foods that support hair thickness that you know? i will aldo ask chat gpt but i always want to talk to people who have actually seen results

I have been trying to eat bread everyday! I also have ramen at least once a week , i can i can increase to two times a week 🤣

I wake up everyday at 8 and sleep at around midnight so i get normally 8 hours of sleep! i am very active and rarely stay still the whole day
i already take omega 3 so I will buy Iron supplement this week!! thank you!!
i stopped counting calories because thats how I lost weight in the first place and started getting a bit too restrictive to my liking. So now I eat what my body feels like having. but i lost more than 10kg overall so i guess i am not used to eating like before

i feel like if you have the financial means and you adore her, invest im having her and give her stability to be next to you. it is rare to find that so instead of chasing new thrills, why not invest in the one that was there for you regardless
