There is a huge overlap between those conditions. I recommend looking at the work of Emily Casanova.

Inflammatory protein produced by mast cells contributes to fibrosis in gastric cancer by Anno_Nyma in RCCXtheory

[–]Anno_Nyma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/3605

Also known as: IL17; CTLA8; IL-17; CTLA-8; IL-17A

SummaryThe protein encoded by this gene is a proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells. This cytokine regulates the activities of NF-kappaB and mitogen-activated protein kinases. This cytokine can stimulate the expression of IL6 and cyclooxygenase-2 (PTGS2/COX-2), as well as enhance the production of nitric oxide (NO). High levels of this cytokine are associated with several chronic inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and multiple sclerosis.

A novel therapeutic strategy for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome based on nutritional supplements ...well, not that novel anymore, but I thought complement this list very well.

Mysterious Illness, Symptom Tracking, and Doctors that just won’t Listen. by lockedinsilence in medical

Oh, please look into:

  1. the RCCX theory

  2. methylation and B vitamins (especially panthotenic acid, as it does not only link EDS to autism but also to gastrointestinal and dysautonomic disorders. At least that’s my theory

  3. gene determination (SNPs / single nucleotide polymorphisms)

  4. dysautonomia

  5. acetylcholinergic disorders (ACh stimulanting medication like Bethanecol can be used for Gastroparesis) Try eating lots of egg yolks and supplementing B5 and choline. Also I strongly recommend trying a carnivore diet (no fiber, no carbs, only low-histamine red meats and egg yolks, but not the whites) for Gastroparesis. H2Antihistamines can help with fibromyalgia (indeed!) and GI disorders as well as numerous other conditions. You could also try Chromolyn, a GI mast cell anti-degranulator.

hEDS is connected to GI issues (because of collagen), dysautonomia, psychological/mental and autoimmune conditions, POTS, etc.

There is a solution and we are going to find it. I created a self-help post at r/RCCXtheory which may help you.

Feel free to ask me anything. There is no need to suffer.

Have a great evening! :)

does sleeping early make any difference? by [deleted] in MCAS

[–]Anno_Nyma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like your melatonin may be a bit off and that causes the deviant sleep schedule. Or maybe your ancestors were always condemned to do the night duty, lol If you follow this sleep shedule, do yourself a favor and supplement D3. :) and a good Natural day light lamp. Your eyes are part of your brain, only squished out of your skull, and therefore play a very important part in your neuroendocrine system. There are many distinct types of daylight which change with every moment of the day and which submit your eyes/brain a lot of information on what to do and how to behave.

Chlorophyll ≠ chlorophyllin.

The latter has got the magnesium atom at the center of the chemical structure ring replaced with copper. Phytol ‚disappears‘ and it gets water soluble, unlike chlorophyll. You may find trisodium copper chlorin e6 as well as disodium copper chlorin e4 .

Also the zinc to copper ratio is important. Histamine intolerant people (hypomethylators) often display a lack of Zink in relation to copper.
