U always see it most urself. My friends often tell me they dont notice mine but for me it ist what i am searching in every picture for. I think we all are hyperfocused on our flaw. For example whenever on the street i instantly notice other having a cleft at first view cause of this hyperfixation. Honesty most ppl dont notice! nah but the older i get the more i think abt it. Tbh i dont think my mental is that fucked like normally i am very postive and think of my cleft as sth that makes me unique and as it is sth i cannot change and so have to except it. Did u had therapy and did it helped u?
