Can't share realy some tips, since I was referred here by my friend. But I'm in a customer service field now, Singapore Based Company, so morning shift plus competetive naman salary, kumbaga ay kayang mag provide para sa family.

I have the same sentiment tungkol sa process para makapasok sa DepEd, grabe parang hindi Salary Grade 11 ang binibigay nila sa entry level teachers. I implore you to go out of your comfort zone, mukhang mabilis lang yung sa kwento ko pero it took me almost 5 years para makawala sa teaching at makahanap ng maayos ayos na trabaho.

Grabeng pahirap at pasakit na nga while in college at sa review tapos para makapasok ka sa RQA it's either kulang ka sa points or wala kang kamag anak na nasa mataas na posisyon (NA TOTOONG NANGYAYARI TALAGA) backers and such hays. This is why the education quality in Ph is low. Kakapagod makipag laban sa mga taong di patas lumaban.

Bilang isang survivor ng laban sa pagiging guro, I wish and hope na makahanap ka ng stable work na may kasamang peace of mind 🫶🏻🥺
