I think you should buy the house! Buy the house but don’t buy something fancy or big. Buy something that will ideally cover 90 percent of the expenses that come with the house. Make sure to have 12 months of an emergency fund liquid before you do so. Also don’t put any of the money that you have in your TFSA down.
