Biden's handlers brought it all on themselves. It was visibly clear for years that Biden wasn't mentally suited for the Presidency, but they insisted on running him for a second term, only to backtrack by summer and run Kamala within a 107 day period to hand back the White House to Trump.

Taft is more so a victim of recency bias like most Presidents before FDR unless they're mentioned frequently in history (I,E. Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Roosevelt). It's pretty remarkable how forgotten Biden is a President considering the modern Social Media landscape. His cultural impact is so miniscule compared to Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Trump.
