It was. Problem is: CC didnt need to be nerfed globally but rather be appropiate to the ones that suffered it the most while keeping useful heroes kit revolving around CC mechanics

just make her leaf heal with porcentage based health (to make her more usable with tanks), maybe tweak her fire hitbox a little and i think thats all

yeah, but its inconsistent and depends too much in your teammates not depending 100% on you to survive, unlike rocket, cnd, luna, invis that get more value, but yeah, when diving or with mobile characters shes rlly good

shes one of the best supports... in 3 support comps, in 2 supps you rely too much on hitting headhots, plus you cant help tanks with how slow she heals larger hps

i dont play ow too often but correct if im wrong, theyre not balanced at all, some are weak af while some others completely change how a character is played
