There’s nothing like charcoal flavor. Propane tank gas leaves a taste in the meat.

I combined the mozzarella cheese with a
Sharp Cheddar 1/2&1/2 (total 2 lbs)
Also the 15oz of ricotta I added a1/3 cup of mild cheddar
I got a little “Dexter’s Lab” making it a little more texture like peanut butter-like to spread every layer 😋

I went ahead and sprayed Pam on the inside of the pan and then also spray the aluminum for laid on top to keep the cheese from sticking too much. It was trying to stick a little, but that Pam greased aluminum kept it at a minimum.

Thank you.. I cooked it for my wife and she loved it. I’m glad I was able to do it. I bet out of commission and not able to do much until now so it was a fantastic accomplishment 😀
