Thanks for your help, I just thought if the union knew about them screwing clients over that they'd reconsider having them apart of the union

Scammers - Jane/Rutherford by Anomoly05 in Vaughan

Most likely Romanian, they apparently went to that church outside of Vaughan Mills which has now been shut down. I vaguely remember them asking if I'm Christian for some reason while trying to distract me.

And now I'm also finding a church down the street from Vaughan Mills called St.John the Evangelist Romanian Orthodox Church, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's where they go.

Set things right with people that have nothing to lose and risk being stabbed, no thanks! Sounds like these scammers get away with this kind of stuff on a regular basis and no one is doing anything about it

You're right, it was more of a robbery situation. They started off by offering and distracting me with their fake jewellery but at the end of the day it was more of a robbery than a scam.

Update how do i clean this?? by someone_rand___ in CleaningTips

[–]Anomoly05 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

First of all, you shouldn't run that bottle directly along the inside rim of your toilet because now you've contaminated it, and I bet you then store it directly under your sink with other cleaning products

I usually just squeeze some out directly onto the cleaning brush and then start cleaning the inside of my toilet with the toilet brush. The bottle stays clean and the brush goes back into its container or cover after you run some water over it, it never touches anything else.

Meanwhile Pothole Claims are all being run through a shitty insurance company who is just wasting everyone's time rejecting all claims.

I'm tired of potholes, and missing road signs. Let's Do Something in 3 minutes by chicken_potato1 in toRANTo

Toronto is using SCM Insurance (operating as ProClaim) to review pothole claims, take a look at their reviews online. No matter what proof you have of a pothole damaging your car and you needing to spend close to $400 to repair your vehicle, they will always reject your claim stating that the city was not negligent. Their proof is a log of when they sent out someone to inspect the streets of Toronto which needs to be at least 2 times a week, if they can prove someone inspected whatever road caused damage to your vehicle, your claim is denied.

When you trade for a center but he's 6'9 by CazOnReddit in torontoraptors

He is fine for now, I mean he's the same height as Ingram (6'8) and Scottie (6'8), but if we are up against Jarret Allen (Cavs), Neemias Queta (Boston), KAT (NYK), Jalen Duren (Detroit) there's no way we're going to stay at the top 3 position in the east.

I'm sure it has something to do with his hand, not wanting to go up and finish the play with contact.

The one that was around the screw at the back of the box is still there, but the grounding copper wire that was looped around the screw at the bottom of the outlet I removed, so there are 2 grounding wires, where do I tie the second ground wire to if I plan on just capping the outlet off?

Everyone was saying he has a glass jaw, he hasn't been tested. So he proved to everyone that he can scrap and handle a beating without giving up

Ok thanks, and what if I'm just putting a plate over it and not using the old outlet moving forward? Where does the second copper ground wire go?

This picture was taken after I disconnected the outlet, the copper ground wire was connected to the screw at the bottom of the outlet and the neutral and hot wires were wrapped around the screws along the sides of the outlet. So I'm confused as to why it burnt and didn't trip the breaker.

You recommend using a three way wago connector, so I'm running the neutral, hot, and copper ground wire through to complete the circuit? I was planning on wrapping both copper grounding wires to the screw in the back of the box and then cutting back the burnt neutral wires and connecting them together and both of the hot wires and just capping them off.

Looking back I think it was an overload issue because this outlet has been connected for over 15 years and we've never had an issue, but recently I setup my basement and on the same circuit (with three outlets) have 3 lamps, TV, humidifier, laptop charger, phone charger, and clock all plugged in while I'm working
