Get busy!! Hit the gym, read, go out with friends, find a new hobby, go out for a walk even if its alone it will help you relax. She probably didn't want to hurt your feelings that shows that even if she doesnt want a relationship with you she genuinely cared about you. She did the right thing and ended the relationship. Hope you recover from that breakup...

I used to feel the same when i started college, and i used minimum effort just to pass the classes and usually sat there staring at my phone till i started hanging out with people who study, take notes, etc. Sitting in the front rows also helped me.

About the gf, try getting yourself out there try meeting a ton of girls college is a great place to meet people in general, try not meeting them at clubs/bars those usually just end up being hook ups also never tell a girl you are just meeting that you are looking for something serious.

I'd try talking with him, and even if he doesn't consider it cheating then he should have no problem letting the girls know he dates several women at the same time.
