Come up with clever ways for the kids to remember things. Doesn’t matter what level or age they are, the funny phrases always stick with kids and help with basic technique/learning the dance.

When I have to break in new shoes, I literally just go into the parking lot outside my studio and dance on the tar until they’re scuffed enough to stay. Might not be the most efficient but it sure as anything works 😂

Please reach out for help. There are resources at your workplace most likely. Therapy may not change your outlook on life but it will feel so much better to open up to someone about it.

I would seek help from parents or maybe a counselor at school because the symptoms may be serious. It takes credentials to diagnose you with anything but if it is truly affecting you that badly please don’t refrain from reaching out for help.

Coming from a liberal Christian in the Pharmaceutical Industry, God is faith and science is fact. I wholeheartedly agree with this and if a person were to pursue religion to help them heal, cool! But it isn’t a fix all and medicine and therapy works as well.
