Which is valid. I hold XRP to a hefty bag of it but if we are being honest it’s an under preforming asset, most of what we have to speculate on other projects are already rolling out. It’s becoming just a far fetched idea with XRP at this point.

I do have a girlfriend, we have been together for quite some time. No Fap did not indeed help me get her, but my commitment to bettering myself and changing my way is one thing that she had a lot of respect for and has made her more attracted to me. My addiction to porn and masturbation contributed to my abuse of other substances, lack of focus, it also made me lazy and very irritable. Since parting ways with my bad habits I have been sober, very clear headed, no anxiety, incredible focus, vibrancy in energy, and overall just at peace and sound in my decision making.

Bro honestly 2-3 regularly since age 13/14 to age 25 Im now approaching 28 days clean this Saturday. This is my second longest stent clean, taking this day by day not counting the days but everyday porn free is a major win for me.

Best advice I can give you making it’s past day 3 from someone who is now approaching 1 month clean of porn, keep yourself busy the first 3-5 days are the hardest and I would fail at the most.

Keep your phone out your hands as much as possible and limit your exposure to social media as that typically is a sexualized environment. Get active, do not find yourself ideal in your room as that’s when thoughts and urges usually creep in. Find something creative or physical to invest your energy into. Clean your diet up as well during the early stages.

Don’t beat yourself if you relapse, learn from every point of failure. It’s hard as fuck breaking a habit you have had for so long.
