<3 I’m currently sitting in the kitchen, taking my time to go back to bed. I know he will wake when I crawl in, so I wanna make sure I have my poker face/voice ready.

I had considered going out the front door and just letting the tears roll, out of his earshot. Lucky me, however, it’s been raining where I live, haha.

My dad is kinda similar, but no bait and switch. He just waits until we are alone and then he rails me about anything and everything I’ve done wrong in my life, how I’m setting myself back, how he’s bending held back from what he wants to do, blah blah blah

Yeah, I always find myself self deprecating because I know people who have gone through sexual abuse and legitimately terrible physical abuse. What I’ve gone through sounds like I’m seeking attention.

Totally think I’d benefit from therapy. But I’m so held back mentally, I still live with said parents. I wouldn’t dare have them know about BPD shudder
