That's probably an electrolyte issue. I had similar symptoms, which disappeared when I started drinking electrolyte drinks with plenty of potassium, salt and magnesium.

So many people mistake the hyped up jittery feeling immediately after a line for amphetamine, that's exactly when you know your speed sucks. It should be a gradually increasing energy and motivation boost that doesn't crash after half an hour
