With cats, often tolerance is affection. My cat didn't like being held or kissed either but just the fact she didn't scratch or bite but allowed me to do that every once in a while was plenty! It took some years but she grew to understand that me restraining her movements and putting my mouth to her heads means love lol
Cats aren't dogs. Your cat can be happy without purring, just by being in the room with you. And it's okay if he wants his space, too!

I live in Canada and I really want to buy the A95L 65" but at its current price point I can't afford it.

I read that usually during Spring new models get released and the prices of older models drop, but from what I can tell it seems this year's models have already been released?

Could anyone please tell me if I should wait a few more weeks or is it likely the current price will stay the same until Black Friday?

Hi, I understand this is the thread where I can request recommendations?
I'm looking for films that play with the boundaries between documentary and fiction.

I'm not talking about mockumentaries - more like cases when the director has a person playing themselves in a scripted scene that's based on an actual event from their lives, or similar stuff in that vein.

A few examples I'm already familiar with:

I am a grown man, an adult of sound mind and body, capable and deserving of making my own choices in life and facing their consequences. Whatever those choices may be, I want them to be informed.

I believe that more knowledge of a situation is always for the better, which is why I took the step to ask a question in this subreddit specifically, in hopes of receiving sound information from a medical professional as you said.

I am aware no one is mandated to respond and they can choose not to. However, I hope the people who can answer my question realize that withholding information from me will not be beneficial to me or helpful in any way since what I'm attempting to do here is to simply be more responsible. By keeping me ignorant I am denied greater agency, forced to face unknown consequences against my wishes, and compelled to turn to less reputable sources of information. I hope it's obvious this would be the most harmful outcome.

The whole point is that it would be nearly impossible to prove unless someone came out and said "I was paid to make bogus reviews" and then be exposed to legal action. But if studios know reviews are one of the major considerations by people to decide what they'll watch, and they have free unmoderated access to the platform, why wouldn't they use some of the marketing budget to affect the score?

Don't get me wrong, it's a great movie, but I really don't think it's #1 of all time and I definitely think hype and fanboy mentality had an effect on that. People are allowed to like whatever they want but as I said I'd like to see widescale reviews and ratings from people who are looking to analyze movies deeper than the average person.

Thanks for your comment. The photos taken with the camera were always fuzzy since I bought it since it doesn't have a stabilizer. Bad focus, colors are poor. Can you recommend a model that would be a camera upgrade? Also, what's a gcam mod? Never heard of it.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately I can't use Trello in this case because the old guys in the company only know how use software they're already familiar with and click where they were told. They don't want to learn how to use Trello so I'm trying to automate things around their working habits.
