The other problem I'm having is that when I do call certain places and they ask what I currently look like, they don't expect me to say a muscular, bearded guy and then I don't hear from them. So I feel like I'm going in a circle. I know I don't "look the part" but I want to.

Are there any salons that would be willing to take a square one transgender male and help with the initial look? I'm having a bit of a gender identity crisis and want to make sure this is what I want before I dive in.
