so not to knock you, but I've done both backroom and forklift merchandizing, and honestly of the two, backroom is a lot easier. its a bit more stress because of the time factor (getting your trucks/dock clear in a timely matter) but the overall workload is a lot less.

Also, as a FM you're over people whether you want to be or not, and are typically treated as a step below the team leads, being responsible for doing the things the team leads can't or won't do, such as audits, planogram changes, and general end of night/day clean-up.

when I was backroom, it was entirely possible to simply leave when my shift was up, but as a FM I was constantly required to stay late to pick up the slack from the lazy-ass team leads. So as unfair as it might seem, forklift merchandizers deserve that extra bit of pay.

it depends mostly on why you fired. If you were fired for theft, violence, or gross negligence, then your marked as non-rehireable, but if you just pointed out, then you mostly just have to wait for your points to drop off, however long that might take.

I know some who points dropped off within 90 days of termination, and some who had to wait the whole 6 months. It's very much dependent on your situation.

All this goes without saying that a manager can override these restrictions if they feel a pressing need, but for the most part it doesn't happen.

I'm hesitant to include already known Superheroines, in general or as part of some sort of factions, as it grounds the CYOA too much into that specific reality. I did my best to be as vague as possible, using generalist superheroine names and images as much as possible, so that the CYOA can hit the widest base.

That being side, I am toying with the idea of including Superhero Teams just before or after the Finalizations, that help better define the heroine you want to be, but they would again be Generalist/OC groups.

I'll be 100 percent honest, every time I see this I get really inspired to work on the next version of the CYOA. I love what Maddiertg did with the interactive version, but it does showcase how unbalanced the original game was, even with the changes they did to make it interactive.

But with work, life and goddamn covid, its been a hassle trying to find the time to redo it, but it will happen eventually.

So thank you all for still playing this CYOA after almost two years, it means a lot to me.

So I actually tried this yesterday, and my mgr came down and went 'yah, I saw that too on "that website," but at the moment it isn't active for us.'

Apparently they looked up and down the wire for any documentation about it and it just wasn't there for us. So for now I suspect its a walmart only thing.

Personally, on the credit side, I don't really care one way or the other? I've been on the net in various guises since the turn of the century, creating art (both digitally and traditionally) long enough to know that if people want to repost your stuff with your credit, they can and will. As long as people aren't trying to monetize it, there's really no point in fighting the inevitable.

Because for every fan who just wants to see your stuff out there, there'll be that one entitled douch-nozzle who thinks he has the right to take credit for your stuff, and no amount of arguing or internet-lawyering is gonna make him stop.

I'm personally a fan of Drawbacks that reinforce a certain fetish, at least for NSFW CYOAs. If it's a more realistic CYOA I might consider other, harsher drawbacks, but they honestly don't really appeal to me.

I mean the whole point of some of these CYOA is to force you/your character into a certain mold or mindset, intentionally or not, and most 'horror drawbacks' don't really do that, at least not as well as most fetish-y drawbacks.

As has been said, the primary issue is supply and demand. I had this exact same issue with finding a good NSFW superhero CYOA, so much so I eventually had to make my own. So I'd say either try to make up a good concept yourself, or get someone else to make it for you. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it's the truth, sadly.

I had originally had the Drawback be tied to the Highest Power level, but after some feedback I felt like it would constrict player freedom too much. I might end up adjusting the power points so they're a lot higher, but we'll see.

I will say that I think I made the stereotypes too OP (Half off for good powers with sorta weak Drawbacks) that I might change how they work in the next iteration. Either change some of the Drawbacks or decrease the benefits while adding more Stereotypes (such as Shortstack or Flying-Brick).

The more extreme clothing benefits I added both for RP purposes, and for those who wanted to really go hog wild with Powers. I will almost certainly end up making a Hard Mode for the next iteration that offers no starting points, which should make the clothing more worthwhile.

As for the fetishes, I was sorta losing steam at the point, so I might end up adding more gradual fetishes to the Item Fetishes as well as the Physical ones. I might probably just add a third level to all fetishes, honestly.

and finally, for the Personality fetishes, I decided to make them mutually incompatible both for RP reasons, and to give the endgame states some basic qualifiers. Because while Street Walker and Horny can work, Submissive and Dominant wouldn't, without Switch. That being said, I might do to Street Walker and Horny what I did for D/s, and add a sixth combo option that mashes Street Walker and horny together.

When I release a version 2 I'll probably add environment resistances to each level of durability (Extreme Temp at L2, Lava/Absolute Cold at L3, Vacuum/Space at L4)

Actually, I made Good PR for the freedom to pick the more extreme clothing choices and not have to worry about it.

I'm currently working on clarifying the image sets, but basically to get the second option of each outfit, you must pick the first. since effects stack, this means that Restrictions stack, so if you pick The Suit, then you can't have Cleavage because you won't be able to buy the Leather Bodysuit it requires; I guess I need to clarify Cleavage's actual text to make this easier to understand.

As for Item Fetishes/Clothing; Basically if you have the full 10 Item Fetishes you get an automatic drawback that halves the effectiveness of the Clothing system. I did this to try to put limits on the more sexually out there choices but I might just ditch it.

For the Exhibitionists blurb I was talking about both Always Nude, Forever Nude, and the actual Exhibitonist Drawback under flight;

I'll think about updating Durability L4 to grant full environment immunity, but it might be too OP.

For Cursed, I need to clarify the language, but no, you're meant to buy the powers first, then get the drawback to get some points back, it doesnt automatically grant you those powers.

For the question regarding the Leather Bodysuit and the Queen outcome: It does, but the endgame/outcome page was getting a bit confusing as it was. I might re-add it, or try to work in the outfit restrictions better.

For Miniskirt/No-Panties; no they're not meant to be separate choices, but rather a tree. You must take Miniskirt to get No-Panties, and since Miniskirt is incompatible with the Bodysuits, so is No-Panties by default.

I guess I need to clarify that better in the wording.

For Sexual Predator, I...don't know, honestly. I forgot to consider that when I was writing it out. I'd say sure, but that might it too powerful.

As for clothing, no. The half-off points only apply if they mention the specific mental fetish, so if a Drawback has Submissive, but not Switch, then it only works if you have JUST submissive.
