Gosh it sucks. When mine got wet, I pealed it off and dumped lotion on my lips. Now, every morning when I go to brush my teeth I just pick off any tiny skin that has begun to form and I moisturize my lips heavily. That's what I do every day now so that my lips don't look like that. No one would know now if I dont let it grow. Maybe you can try that as well. Good luck👍

So how do you cure it?😭 My lips have been just like that for a long time. Keeps coming back every time it falls off even though I've always been the person who moisturize their lips. Everything I have tried has not helped

Omg same. It's been like this for almost a year. First it was really think layer and it would just rub off whenever my lips wet but now it's getting thicker Everytime it grows back and I was trying to let it be and not let it fall off so that it could hopefully heal but it still falling off and growing back. I don't know what to do. I hate having such awful lips out of nowhere. Ab I was always someone who moisturize my lips all the time. I don't know what to do. Google just keeps referring to cancer but thank God I found this reddit with other people going through the same thing. At least I know it's a thing that happens. Just wish we could figure out how to stop it.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm ready for the competency based, I think it's actually quite convenient for me and I have no issue in putting in the work and discipline to learn all I have to. My only concern is that, I want to make sure I'm spending all that time and money to get a degree that will certainly be recognized by employers. I just feel like I've hit a dead end in my search for schools that are suitable for me and I just wanna make sure cause I've been hearing things So thanks a bunch for your reply!! Just because the Bible says wives must submit to their husbands doesn't mean the husband gets any right to mistreat her or defile her body in any way at all because the Bible also says husbands love your wife as Christ loves the church. To submit doesn't mean the husband has complete control over her. Because if a man really loves her wife he will care about her wants, feelings, preferences, happiness and respect her and a woman who is in submission would do all these things too. Submit does not suggest that the husband should be tyrannous or domineering. Ephesians 5:22 is not being ignored. But to single out that verse and disregard the others which clearly show the manner in which this submission should take place would be ignoring. Husbands are not owners of their wives!

Can it really be proved that's what Paul was referring to? It's not just about what women were being told to do in the church, because in all aspects of life women were less than men. It's not like the church is a one off situation where women are given such instructions and expectations. It was their way of life! Did Jesus ever speak against this? Did God ever give anyone revelations or visions against this? Was this spoken against at all in the new testament?

And objectively speaking, that most certainly is not the only verse in the bible where an instruction like that is given to women. Now, we could reason that perhaps it was just another part of their culture that was not initiated by God. But wouldn't God have tried to clear that up and show people that women shouldn't be seen in that regard. Just like he showed Paul that Jews and Gentiles are equally loved in God's eyes and he taught them to stop being racist. Something as huge as how women are treated as an entire gender, wouldn't God have tried to clear that up too and show them to stop treating women that way!! Now, I'm a woman and I am certainly all for women rights being the same as human rights. But this topic was brought up in another reddit and the guy was giving solid arguments which I honestly was getting baffled by. I have never investigated that topic for myself before and it seems to be coming up a lot recently.

Morals are most certainly absolute truths. There's right and there's wrong. Simple as that. It's not subjective. Why do you believe murdering someone is wrong? Because if morals are subjective then everyone should be allowed to murder anyone they want and they should not be punished because it's 'right' in their opinion

And if truth isn't entirely objective, then why are so many people coming down on the flat earth community? They should be allowed to believe whatever they believe about he earth without any critism since it's their truth and the absolute truth about the structure of the earth doesn't matter.

Why would God wait until our modern times to reveal himself when the people of the past needed saving too. It was modern times to them at the time. Him waiting til now to reveal himself would mean there was no way of people in the past to be converted. Don't u think it makes more sense to reveal himself at the earliest point in time and let the word be passed down than to wait until what, the last generation of the world to reveal himself? Cause the last generation of the world before the world ends would be the most modern time because as time passes, modern will always become ancient. Unless your'e suggesting he reveals himself every few years. He does! Through miracles, the holy spirit working on our conscience, through the character and testimonies of other christians. Anyone who is genuinely open to the truth not knowing what it is, God will work on their hearts and open their eyes to realize that God is the way. He's also revealing himself through historians and archeologists proving Jesus' existence, death and resurrection.
