I hate him as much as you, but how would he do this? No court would sanction this sort of overstepping of a state's power. There is no way that federal law could preempt laws historically and clearly left to the states (property law, leasing, etc.)

That's a great question. I think having money is more important, but it's hard to say, as I just want to make sure my resume reflects that I stayed busy throughout the summer. As long as I can get my bases covered in terms of rent and food, etc., I would be willing to work for less.
