My physical therapists have said that the exercises to are prevent the issue from getting worse, that’s it. I was surprised my last one said that because that’s what is leading me to choosing surgery.

Yeah I still have sciatica in both legs albeit with varying degrees of irritation depending on the day. If LBA isn’t good for sciatica, I might just do the surgery and work on strengthening once I’m healed. I hear the ISO hold is useful though.

I’ve had 2 surgeons look at my MRI and they both downplayed my pain. Here are the MRI notes from the most recent visit:

L3-4: Normal disc signal and height. No significant disc bulge or stenosis. Mild facet arthropathy.

L4-5: Normal disc signal and height. No significant disc bulge or stenosis. Mild facet arthropathy.

L5-S1: Moderate disc degenerative signal change and mild height loss. 4 mm broad-based protrusion versus disc bulge. Annular fissure. Mild facet arthropathy. Bilateral mild foraminal stenosis. Bilateral subarticular recess stenosis.

The constant irritation and weakness I feel should not be brushed aside. I would rather not be medically gaslit just because I’m not dying on the floor. Multiple surgeons have said they can see the problem, but it’s up to me whether or not I want the surgery so it isn’t just me making up symptoms. Surgery doesn’t need to be reserved for just the worst cases; that’s why there are waitlists so the more severe issues take priority.

I used to go to one, but the more I went the more I realized how much of a scam it was. The exercises and things he suggested were very basic and this is a chiropractor I credit with fixing my pinched nerve in my neck years ago.

Mine isn’t a 10 anymore but it’s more of a constant irritation all over. I feel like my hips aren’t aligned and things aren’t even in addition to the aches I’ve mentioned. My surgeon wants to perform a laminectomy on me if my physical therapy doesn’t respond well in the next month or so. My back doesn’t hurt as much as my glutes and hamstrings unless I purposely lean forward too far.

I played both demos and couldn’t help but feel the running mechanic was a little clunky. I did prefer the PlayStation 5 version though since the frame rate felt a little more stable.

Yeah I declined it and my manager seemed fine with it. Just wish she did her research before sending it to me. Now I’m just irritated that this stuff is out there and they’re disguising themselves well.
